An ongoing goal for the past 7 years has been to correct my posture. A myriad of physical bumps and bruises from the past have grown into a strong, united force against an out-of-shape, weak body resulting in an increasingly-uncomfortable curved back. There is much I have come to understand about my body throughout this journey, but am still losing the battle.
Now that the whining has taken place, a plan is now in motion to simply just fix it. I will do every exercise I was shown to do consistently until it is a routine. I will draw or paint representations of my body over this period of time until I feel that my body looks and acts like I expect it to.
Update as of August 18, 2013: Yoga 3-4 times a week and physical therapy 2 times a week
My shoulders are uneven. I'll be trying to focus on the physical transformation of that as well as my spine in my artwork and life.
